Is the 50/50 finance program limited?

Yes, to take advantage of this fantastic program, you do need to book your consultation before Friday, July 19, 2024.

How does the 50/50 financing plan work exactly?

You will meet with an ONG consultant to discuss your project. After the consultation, you will receive a written quote. Once you accept the quote, pay 50% upfront and let ONG do the rest. Once the project is completed, you start repaying ONG for the remaining 50% of the project with monthly payments at a ZERO percent interest rate—YES, 0%!

How long with the quote good for?

The quote is good for 30 days, assuming the price of the products required for your project does not increase significantly within that time.

How fast can my project get started?

The sooner you apply, the sooner we can work out a schedule for your dream project. As more homeowners take advantage of this fantastic program, our work schedule will fill up quickly, limiting how many projects we can give our undivided attention to at one time.

What if I would like to sign up now but have the project started at a later time?

No problem! We would require a 25% deposit to hold and secure your project's timeframe. Once the time for the project to begin has arrived, you pay the remaining 25%. Please note that the 25% deposit would be non-refundable.

Does a credit check need to be completed?

Not in all cases. It could depend on the size and scope of the project. This can be discussed with you during the consultation meeting.

Is there a minimum/maximum amount to quality for this program?

Yes, the minimum amount for a project to qualify for the 50/50 program is $5000.00. You would be required to pay $2500.00, and the maximum can be discussed on an individual basis and what the project entails.

Does this program extend to new home builds?

No, new home builds are not included in this program at this time. This program is designed for home additions, renovations, landscaping, decks, patios, etc. If you are not sure if your project qualifies, please contact us and we can discuss it.

What if the project runs longer than planned? Would there be additional costs?

No additional cost, unless the timing has changed due to the scoop of the work being changed.

Is there a minimum / maximum time to repay the 50% financed portion?

There is no minimum repayment period. If you wish to pay the 50% financed portion back sooner than agreed, there is no problem with doing so.

The maximum repayment period would be what was agreed to in the signed contract. Unfortunately, the agreed payback period cannot be extended.

What if I wish to make changes to the plan during the construction process?

Should you wish to make changes during the construction process, you would need to discuss this with the site manager as there could be a revision fee, possible permit fee, and cost of changes involved.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, cheque and on-line credit card payments. Credit card payments are subject to a 2.75% processing fee.

What if a miss a payment?

If you miss a payment, you have 7 days to make a payment and get your account caught up with no penalty. After 7 days a $25.00 late fee would be applied to your account.

What if my cheque is NSF?

If you have an NSF cheque, you have 7 days to make a payment and get your account caught up with no penalty. A NSF charge will be added to your payment of $50.00
